After years of studying and practicing automotive interior design, I wanted to challenge the traditional way of starting interior design from sketches on paper and investigating on the meta design of automotive interior design. And the project is a showcase of different explorations I did, to really explore the possibility of creating unique interior concept.
Drawing inspiration from physical materials and constructs of materials, I explored using origami, sewing, weeving for iteration of ideas.
Inspired from the texture combinations, I was exploring how to use images of textures to design automotive interior.
I was utilising a bounch of random doodles to draw inspiration from the 2D graphics and develop them to automotive interior design concept.
